Jose Maria Clint B. Fabiosa
Admitted to the bar in 1994

Mr. Fabiosa received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of the Philippines College in Cebu, cum laude, and an L.L. B from the University of the Philippines where he was a Dean's medalist for academic excellence. His expertise is in intellectual property law litigation and enforcement, including seizure procedures for pirated goods, employment law, and real estate transactions.

He was formerly an associate of the Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon and San Jose Law Offices. He was a member of the said law firm’s intellectual property team and he participated in search and seizure proceedings for the said firm’s clients like Levi’s, Lacoste, and Guess. He currently practices intellectual property law litigation and has spearheaded search and seizure proceedings for clients such as Epson, Chanel, Dedon, and ALPK2. He has lectured in intellectual property law for the Integrated Bar of the Philippines’ Mandatory Continuing Legal Education program.

He was a Legal Manager in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Golden ABC, Inc., where he handled litigation, labor, and corporate matters.
